At Authorized Inc., we’re committed to making your equipment purchase and return process as straightforward as possible. Whether you’re ordering restaurant equipment, parts, or installation services, here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.
Shipping Information
We ship commercial equipment and parts across the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment clearance, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Special Orders: Custom, oversized, or special-order items may require additional lead time. We’ll notify you if a product will take longer than expected.
- Delivery Methods: Equipment may be delivered curbside or dock-to-door, depending on carrier services and item size.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes for larger equipment orders.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Request Return Authorization: Contact our team at 1-800-532-6127 or info@authorizedinc.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return Instructions: After your RMA request is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on where and how to send your return.
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the RMA issuance.
- Condition of Returns: All items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product on our part, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing (bank processing times may vary).
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as separate transactions:
- Return the original item per our return policy.
- Place a new order for the replacement item once your return has been processed.
