The FWE HLC-4W6-7H-28-HWR is a mobile heated serving and holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. Measuring 68-3/4"W, it features four deep wells, each measuring 12" x 20" x 6-1/2", and accommodates up to 28 pans of 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" size with 2-5/8" fixed spacing. The cabinet is insulated and utilizes a radiant heat system with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. An adjustable thermostat allows for easy temperature adjustments. The design includes four flush-mounted hinged doors for easy access, and both the interior and exterior are constructed from durable stainless steel. Mobility is enhanced with five-inch casters, including two rigid and four swivel casters with brakes. The unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
