The Eagle Group PHT5CB-240 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. This portable hot food table features an expansive 81-3/4" width and includes five 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, all equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel top and body, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy workspace for food preparation. The stainless steel enclosed base enhances stability and durability, while the 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles offer convenient access to stored items. Designed for mobility, the unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs and features four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. The full perimeter bumper protects the unit and surrounding areas from damage. With a powerful 3.75kW heating element operating at 240v/60/1-ph and drawing 15.6 amps, this hot food table is both efficient and reliable.
