This LiquiTec® Narrow Line Drop-In Cool Food Unit accommodates four pans, with options for 4" or 6" deep pans that sit flush with the countertop for a seamless look. It features an insulated pan for optimal temperature retention and a durable stainless steel inner liner and top for easy cleaning and longevity. The galvanized outer liner adds extra durability, while the self-contained Eutectic fluid refrigeration system ensures consistent cooling performance. Utilizing R290 refrigerant and powered by a 1/4 hp compressor, this unit is both efficient and environmentally friendly. A 90" x 17-1/4" cutout is required for installation, and it meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
