The Convotherm C4 ET 6.20ES-N is an electric combi oven and steamer designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. It accommodates up to six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, making it ideal for high-volume cooking. The 10” wifi-ready, high-resolution easyTouch control panel allows for intuitive operation, featuring 20 programmable cooking stages and the ability to store up to 399 cooking recipes. This combi oven offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, providing flexibility for various culinary techniques. The LED light enhances visibility inside the cooking chamber, while the triple-pane right-hinged door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle ensures safety and cleanliness. Equipped with a multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan, the C4 ET ensures precise cooking results. It includes three wire shelves and a pull-out spray hose for easy cleaning.
